Deer Lodge

Deer Lodge offers two options for weddings in Lake Louise: the Mount Fairview Dining Room and the Lady Agnes Room. Each room has a unique character which reflects the lodge’s rich history. The Mount Fairview Dining Room can meet the needs of up to 80 guests, while the more intimate Lady Agnes is perfect for groups of up to 18 guests.

Originally a charming 1920s teahouse, Deer Lodge is a venue that your guests will remember for years to come. Your wedding day will be a day to cherish, complete with breathtaking views, delicious Rocky Mountain Cuisine, award-winning wines, and a roof top hot tub perfect for easing wedding day stress!

Helpful Hints

• The weather here is known for its drastic, unpredictable changes. It is recommended to have a back up plan in the event of snow or rain if you are planning to hold your Ceremony outdoors
• There are various places for the ceremony and pictures around Lake Louise. You are welcome to hold your ceremony in the same room as your reception/dinner. After the ceremony we ask that your guests depart the room in order for our staff to successfully complete the room set-up and keep the dinner running on time.
• Your function room will be set-up with the appropriate tables, chairs, linens (white) and settings. The Lodge is very unique in the aspect that decorations are not needed. Simple flowers and candlelight are all that you need to enhance the atmosphere. All rooms are tastefully decorated and offer natural lighting, art or other decorative wall hangings.
• It is strongly recommended to offer hors d'oeuvres to your guests during a Reception period, especially if a Host bar is in effect.
• Upon booking, the Conference Coordinator has various names of photographers, DJs, florists, etc to help you get on your way. The Bride and Groom are responsible for the booking of these services.
• The Conference Coordinator, after helping you select the room that is suitable for your special day, will assist you with the menu and wine selections.
