Simple Treasures - The Very Best of Rocky Mountain Cuisine

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts has always been dedicated to providing world-class dining to residents and visitors of the Canadian Rockies and Calgary, Alberta. We are extremely proud of these recipes and the restaurants and boutique lodges for which they were created.

We are even more pleased to make them available in the cookbook Simple Treasures, so that everyone may recreate the Rocky Mountain Cuisine of which we are so proud. The selected recipes are a cornucopia of new and old. At some point in the last 20 years, they have all been served in our restaurants and requested by diners. We have tried to keep the recipes as simple as possible with easy to follow instructions and readily available ingredients, while staying true to their identity.

We hope the recipes in Simple Treasures will bring a piece of Western Canada to your home, and inspire you to visit us in the beautiful, majestic Canadian Rockies, which has become a true culinary destination.
