Terms and Conditions Please be advised as these gift certificates are like cash, we are not responsible for lost gift certificates and we do not issue refunds for lost gift certificates. We recommend picking up the gift certificate from the CRMR at Home store, located at: 330 17 Avenue SW Calgary, AB (street level). Hours of operation are Monday & Saturday 10am to 5pm; Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm; closed on Sundays & holiday Mondays. Only the purchaser may pick up the gift certificate and photo ID is required. Online gift certificate orders (pick-up or courier) will only be processed Monday-Friday between 8am & 5pm. When ordered online, gift certificates will not be available for pick-up the same day. Customer will be contacted by us to confirm when they will be available for pick-up at the store. If you need to have your gift certificate mailed to you, please be advised that we mail them out using West Direct Courier service within Calgary or Purolator for outside of Calgary. There is an additional charge for delivery and this will be determined by the courier provider (free for orders over $1000).
