As a modern bistro, Divino offers a comforting, pure cuisine, in an upscale, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The grill is just one of several focal points in Divino's bustling open kitchen, inspired in part by New York's Gramercy Tavern and its legendary wood burning grill and smoker oven. Another focus is a chilled marble countertop, on which a diverse selection of perfectly ripened Canadian and world cheeses are displayed. To compliment any cheese selection, Divino has stocked nearly 300 new and old world vintages in its expansive wine cellar.
