Rocky Mountain Cuisine makes dining at our lodges a uniquely Canadian Experience.  Our menus are designed around fresh Canadian ingredients such as game (caribou, bison, and elk), Pacific halibut, Arctic char, Alberta lamb, AAA beef, and prairie-grown grains, vegetables and berries. You’ll find modern portrayals of classic techniques. The menu changes seasonally which allows us to use the finest in regional and seasonal ingredients while catering to the tastes and demands of our guests
