An Evening at Our Chef’s Table
CRMR is excited to offer our Chef’s Table – an evening which will feature one of our chefs demonstrating how to prepare sumptuous dishes inspired by the unique ingredients from our CRMR properties. This is a chance to get intimate and interactive with our talented and entertaining chefs. The evening includes wine pairings with each course.
Each evening will run from 6:30-9:00pm.
Cost: Starting from $150, per person plus 18% gratuity and gst, and includes a CRMR take-home gift. Email or call CRMR at Home for more details.
Upcoming Dates:
- May 23 – Legendary Chef Kelly Strutt of the renowned Deer Lodge. Their Mount Fairview dining room is held in extemely high regard and this will be a Chef’s Table not to be missed as Chef Strutt makes a rare trip from Lake Louise to host this Chef’s Table!

Full payment is due at time of registration. Registration is non-refundable, unless you contact us to cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class.
