Rates are based on four adults per suite. There is a $25.00 charge for each additional person 13 years of age and older in suites. Taxes are not included and are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
Nightly Rentals (1-6 nights)
At the time of booking we charge one night room and tax deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 14 day cancellation policy on nightly rentals. In the event a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they will receive a full refund of their deposit provided they cancel in advance of 14 days prior to their reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Weekly Rentals (7 nights or longer)
At the time of booking we charge 25% deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 30 day cancellation policy on weekly rentals. In the event a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they will receive a full refund of their deposit provided they cancel in advance of 30 days prior to their reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
