Accommodations
A respect for the past characterizes the accommodations at Deer Lodge. Our rooms are an eclectic mix of historical and modern, with many different layouts and prices to suit your needs. Some rooms are newly renovated and modern. The original tower rooms were restored to their original condition under the watchful eye of the Historical Society, complete with original cast iron radiators, woodwork, lighting and brass fixtures. Most rooms don't have a telephone, and none have a television. Deer Lodge is very unique. If you wish, you can leave behind the modern world and exist in a place and a time that is truly relaxing.
Heritage Room: Heritage rooms have two double beds with a private balcony, full bathroom, telephone, coffee maker and hair dryer, and a complimentary in-room safe. Located in the Heritage wing.
Lodge Room: Lodge rooms are compact and cozy. They have either one double or two single beds with a full bathroom, and a complimentary in-room safe. They are located in the original Lodge.
Tower Room: Tower rooms have a queen bed with hardwood floors, full bathroom, telephone, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a complimentary in-room safe. Located in the Tower wing.
Superior Double: One double bed, private bath, feather duvets and pillows, and a complimentary in-room safe.
Superior Triple: One double bed plus one single bed, private bath, feather duvets and pillows, and a complimentary in-room safe.
Superior Quad: Two double beds, private bath, feather duvets and pillows, and a complimentary in-room safe.
Superior Quad Adjoining: One double bed with private bath in one room with adjoining door to a room with two single beds and a sink in the room, feather duvets and pillows, and a complimentary in-room safe.
Superior Family Room: Two double beds and one single bed in a corner unit with private bath, feather duvets and pillows, and a complimentary in-room safe.
There is a $25.00 charge for each additional person 12 years of age and over. Alberta Tourism Levy (4%), Municipal Tourism Improvement Fee (2%) and GST (6%) are NOT included and these taxes are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required to guarantee reservations at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid one night room and tax cancellation fee. During the festive season reservations must be cancelled two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
