Cilantro on the Lake at Emerald Lake Lodge opens for the summer season June 1! Hours of operation will be 11am-5pm until June 25, when full summer hours are in effect and the restaurant is open 11am-9pm for the rest of the summer. There will be a-la-carte service from 11am-5pm and a BBQ menu available from 5:30pm-9pm.
